“Wedding Season” in Springfield seems to extend throughout the year, but the
busiest times are May, June, September and October. During these premium months, we book weddings 12-18 months in advance.
Corporate lead times are much shorter. Most times, we can accommodate smaller requests, such as boxed lunches, in 24 hours. Because we are able to handle a large volume of business, we can accommodate quick turnarounds, regardless of the event type.

Our culinary team designs menus from bite size and passed hors d’oeuvres to plated and served meals. We love creating the perfect bites, and have shaped our menus to offer menus with the latest trends.

We take great pride in designing a menu custom to each individual client. We start with a brain storming session. During this session, we get to know a little about you, your visions for your event, the number of guests, where it will take place, discuss your budget, and create a tasting menu specifically for you.

We then set up a complimentary tasting, on a date of your choice, and you and five of your guests can sample different menu items that you chose. We will sit with you to discuss the menu items you tasted, and make any modifications to make sure that each item is exactly what you want.

A signed contract and $500 deposit will secure us for your event.
Your final guest count and payment is due 14 days prior to your event.
