Our culinary team designs menus from bite size and passed hors d’oeuvres to plated and served meals. We love creating the perfect bites, and have shaped our menus to offer menus with the latest trends.
We then set up a complimentary tasting, on a date of your choice, and you and five of your guests can sample different menu items that you chose. We will sit with you to discuss the menu items you tasted, and make any modifications to make sure that each item is exactly what you want.
