When I started Simply Delicious catering in 2001,
I had no goals. No aspirations to be the best.
Just passion to my core about serving people, providing them with great food, and at reasonable prices.
I started with just a few people helping me here and there. Then I hired my first employee. Then two more, and now I currently have 30 employees. I am proud and honored to help employ people in our local economy. People who share my vision, people who love to create unique and imaginative menus and people that work hard, day and night, to make your event the best it can be.
My craft has not been taught to me in a scholastic setting. I did not study under an executive chef at a five-star restaurant. I researched, I created, and I brainstormed with others like me. To create a catering business that will exceed your expectations. To create menus that represent you, your tastes, and your budget.
I am honored to have won 417’s Best, 7 years in a row. I am honored to have won Ozarks Best in 2015. But I am truly honored to be entrusted with your special event. It can be a private dinner for 12, a Celebration of Life or your wedding day. And we will treat each and every event as if it is our only event.
Here I am now, 19 years later. We have Simply Delicious Catering, Bartending, Wedding Cakes and the Diamond Room. And still, to this day, I am passionate to my core about serving people, providing them with great food, and at reasonable prices.
Patty loves pineapples.
She loves to cook with but also the meaning behind the pinapple she loves and truly takes to heart.
Pineapples are also considered an expression of “welcome” throughout the South and symbolizes assets we appreciate in our home – friendship, hospitality and warmth.
