We have been planning our Missouri wedding from Singapore and was thrilled to finally meet Chef Patty after numerous emails and long distance chats. We were spoilt to bits with our food tasting and cannot wait to treat our guests to the spread we have specially selected for our 25 August wedding at Greenhouse Two Rivers. This is the second year we have used Simply Delicious for our USA Dance Christmas Ball. We had the Chicken and Ham rolls ala Swiss and the Balsamic Beef this year. Both were delicious! But what made Simply Delicious outstanding was the staff. Richard was there for the entire setup and during the event and was a pleasure to work with the entire time as well as the other staff. Justin, the lead server during the event made sure everything was just right. All of the contact we had prior to the event was via email. All the planning and exchange of documents was completed this way. It made it very efficient. Shelley was very prompt in addressing every email we sent. Thank you all for contributing to a wonderful night!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Patty Wingo and her staff at Simply Delicious Catering. They did all of the food for my daughter & son-in-laws rehearsal dinner and wedding and the wedding was held in The Diamond Room. It was amazing food and service, but the amount of attention to detail and our own personal needs was simply an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Patty truly cares about her brides and their mother’s and she showed that repeatedly in the planning and the day of the wedding!!! Thank you for making our day absolutely perfect!!!

I know that you neither expect nor require thanks for all the extraordinary work that you do for the Bar Association and Foundation, which is a good thing because I can’t even begin to thank you. You regularly and impeccably take on the challenge of feeding and “beveraging” dozens of stressed-out, busy, and occasionally antagonistic professionals, most of whom have extremely high standards. If I had to take on the culinary demands of Bar Association members, I believe I would have to resign. I just don’t think I could take it. Please know how much your skill, hard work, and creativity are appreciated. I am frequently too rattled to mention it, but your work is always extraordinary. And again, although I don’t always get a chance to tell you that in person, it might interest you to know that in the five or six years in which we have been working together, I have not had a single complaint about the food brought to my attention. Of course, there are the frequent raves about the food, which is far more encouraging to think about. However, for me, the fact that I have not had to think about, deal with, or fix the food arrangements in any way for months and months and years has been extraordinarily important. It allows me to focus on the things that I do best and leave those details in your competent hands. Thank you for everything. Thank you for this evening. Out Did Yourself This Year ! Patty, The food was absolutely delicious! Several people came up to me and my husband and told us it was the best corned beef they have ever had. We made corned beef hash for breakfast this morning and have some left for dinner tonight. Yum! And the desserts were truly over the top! Only 2 puddings and 1 brownie remained.
